Role Overview
We’re looking for a business developer where you will work closely with our leadership team to shape and implement strategies that enhance our competitive edge and drive long-term value. You’ll combine analytical rigor, industry insights, and hands-on collaboration to tackle high-priority initiatives and guide us through sustainable growth.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving meaningful change, leveraging business insights, and influencing key decision-making processes in a company in its pursuit to become a high-value growth company trying to accelerate the green transition.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO and key stakeholders to define and implement strategic priorities for a high growth journey.

• Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.

• Develop actionable recommendations for optimizing business models, processes, recruitment and resource allocation.

• Lead workshops, strategy sessions, and stakeholder alignment activities.

• Provide expertise in organizational design, operational improvements, and scaling initiatives.

• Support decision-making with robust financial analysis, forecasting, and risk assessments.

• Ensure seamless execution of initiatives by fostering cross-functional alignment and accountability.

• Fostering and nurturing a unique, inclusive and ambitious culture driven by inspiring individuals wanting to make a positive impact on our planet while creating a sustainable business 

 
Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a management consultant or in a similar strategic or business development role, ideally within innovation-driven or sustainability-focused industries.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to decision-making

• Expertise in market analysis, business modeling, and operational optimization

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

• Proficiency in tools for data analysis, presentation, and project management
   

Preferred Skills:

• Proven track record at a top-tier management consultancy firm such as McKinsey, Bain & Co, BCG or similar

• Experience in guiding startups or SMEs through growth and scaling 

• Familiarity with materials science, sustainability, or the green transition
